I have always found cardiology particularly fascinating.  I am a Cardiovascular Advanced Practice Nurse Practitioner and help optimize our patients with all of their cardiac needs.  My Physician colleagues and I work closely together to ensure the best patient outcomes.  While I enjoy working with patients of all different cardiac needs, I especially enjoy working with our pulmonary hypertension and structural patient population.

My aim is to assist patients with cardiac conditions regain and maintain an active and symptom free lifestyle without having the burden to travel to University settings, although we actively collaborate when specific services are needed, but not yet available in our area.  For me, it is important to take the time to listen to what patients have to say, and their concerns.  Then together, we discuss and form a plan of action to investigate and address their needs.  The pursuit of excellence in practice, also the amazing caliber of my cardiology colleagues drives me to be better each day.  I love being a part of a practice that engages with people and improves lives here in this community.

On a personal level, I have lived in Southeast Idaho most of my life and am fortunate enough to work with Physician colleagues who care deeply about their patients and outcomes.  I am a Foodie and love cooking, gardening, spending time with my spouse and my dog.  In the summer months I enjoy the sunny weather, boating and the outdoors.
